Camp Horseshoe 2011! Summer Camp has started! Parents remember, you can email your scouts by going to www.hsr-bsa.org. Our campsite is Clifton Lisle. The email
will be placed in the troop mail daily and picked up and distributed daily. Saturday, the 6th, is the camp wide events in the afternoon. Parents and siblings are encouraged to come down and
watch. The activities start at 2:30 with a water carnival, marching competition, Order of the Arrow tap out, Troop 51 Family
dinner and a last night campfire which ends usually around 10 pm. No scouts will be allowed to leave Saturday night without
prior approval from the Scoutmaster. We travel to and from camp as a unit. The Troop provides the main dishes for the picnic on Saturday. We ask that families bring their favorite side dish
and dessert. If your last name begins with an A-M you are asked to bring a side dish, and if you last name begin with an N-Z
you are asked to bring a dessert. Also, this year the troop will taking a digital troop photo at summer camp.
The photo will then be distributed to everyone via email so that you may save to your computer or print a copy for framing. There will be no cost associated with this year's troop photo. For more
information on the family picnic, please see the attached flyer.

I only marked down one response for each family, even if the family has 2 boys attending camp. This is
for clarification if we are comparing the number of responses with the number of boys attending camp.
